Job Description

Must-Have Skills:

  1. 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role,
  2. Proven track record of managing large or complex accounts successfully.
  3. Strong understanding of system integration, telecom technologies, and solutions.
  4. Familiarity with enterprise solutions like Unified Communications, Networking, and Managed Services.
  5. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.


Good-to-Have Skills:

  1. Unified Communications
  2. Negotiation and persuasion skills to influence stakeholders.
  3. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.


Academic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field


Requirements:

  1. Location: Delhi, Gurgaon
  2. Notice Period: 30 Days
  3. Salary Range: 15 to 17 LPA
  4. Working hours 9
  5. Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM-6:30 PM

- 1 & 4 Saturday 9:30 - 4 PM

  1. Revenue and profitability targets
  2. Sales pipeline achievement
  3. Customer satisfaction
  4. Upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  5. Account performance reports
  6. Sales forecasts
