Strategic Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager at Piramal Critical Care, your role involves managing a full-cycle sales process within the Florida region, focusing on Hospitals and IDNs. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging in creative lead generation, prospecting, and presenting product offerings to drive sales - Conducting sales presentations to multiple decision-makers, including cold-calling hospitals that are not current customers - Supporting National Accounts and Director, National Accounts in contract negotiations to align with client and PCC objectives - Leading wholesaler/distributor relationships and negotiations in line with client expectations - Developing sales strategies to ensure compliance with budget targets - Collaborating with various departments to respond to contracts and RFPs - Engaging clients through direct selling, in-services, and trade shows - Providing expertise to customers and internal partners on clinical and technical levels To excel in this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor's Degree with 5 to 10 years of experience in selling to hospitals and health systems, particularly in the c-suite and physician leadership - Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical, anesthesia, or device industry - Understanding of GPO, IDNs, and the acute/non-acute environment - Expertise in contract negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial terms - Ability to apply knowledge and experience to address client and internal issues related to field-based sales Piramal Critical Care (PCC), a subsidiary of Piramal Enterprises Limited, is a global player in hospital generics and the third-largest producer of Inhaled Anaesthetics.
