Strategic Account Manager

As an Account Manager, your role will involve owning the post-sale relationship with assigned accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. You will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers, aligning product usage with customer goals to deliver value. Your responsibilities will include identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, closing deals, and collaborating with product and support teams to address customer needs effectively. Regular business reviews and performance check-ins will be essential to track key metrics like account growth, retention, adoption, usage, and engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Own the post-sale relationship with assigned accounts - Understand customer goals and align product usage to deliver value - Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and close deals - Collaborate with product and support teams to address customer needs - Conduct regular business reviews and performance check-ins to track key metrics Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role in a product/SaaS company - Experience in the Banking and Financial industry, particularly with large banks - Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple accounts - Understanding of technical products and the capability to translate customer needs to internal teams Additional Details: Exposure to B2B SaaS environments and the ability to analyze customer data for insights would be advantageous. Familiarity with technologies like Big data OLAP, OLAP, Data Engineering, Data warehousing, and ETL is also considered a plus.,
