1. Job Summary

MMP Refratech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory and support refractory project operations. The ideal candidate will handle material receipt, storage, issuing, and documentation while ensuring smooth coordination with site and purchase teams.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Material & Inventory Management

 Receive, inspect, and verify refractory materials, consumables, and equipment.

 Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials.

 Ensure proper storage, tagging, and tracking of all materials.

 Regularly monitor stock levels and report shortages.

 Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with records.

B. Issuance & Documentation

 Issue materials to site teams based on approved requisitions.

 Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), daily stock updates, and consumption reports.

 Maintain documentation for returnable and non-returnable materials.

 Coordinate with accounts for challans, purchase bills, and audit requirements.

C. Coordination

 Coordinate with Purchase Department for material requirements and delivery schedules.

 Communicate material discrepancies, damage, or shortages immediately.

 Support project/site teams by ensuring timely availability of materials.

D. Store Maintenance & Safety

 Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store.

 Follow safety norms for handling refractory materials, tools, and equipment.

 Ensure secure storage and prevent material loss or damage.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

 1–2 years of experience as Store Keeper (experience in refractory/construction preferred).

 Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory management systems.

 Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.

 Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

 Must own a two-wheeler for occasional logistics/coordination work.
