Job Description

Core responsibilities

Receiving and inspecting: Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming goods, comparing them against purchase orders for accuracy and damage.
Stock management: Organize, store, and label all items efficiently and safely. This includes monitoring stock levels, using methods like FIFO (First-In, First-Out), and arranging for appropriate storage conditions.
Inventory control: Maintain accurate records of all stock movements in a logbook or inventory management software. Conduct regular cycle counts or audits to reconcile physical stock with records.
Issuing and dispatching: Issue supplies to other departments based on approved requisitions. Prepare and pack orders for shipment or delivery.
Reporting: Generate reports on inventory levels, stock consumption, and discrepancies for management review.
Compliance: Ensure the storage area is clean, organized, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
Coordination: Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and other internal teams like procurement and sales to ensure smooth stock flow and replenishment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
