Job Description – Store & Dispatch Executive

Position: Store & Dispatch Executive
Department: Stores
Location: Office & Warehouse (as per work requirement)
Reporting To: Admin. Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatch & Logistics
  • Coordinate and execute dispatch of materials as per schedule.
  • Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.
  • Coordinate with transporters and courier services for timely delivery.
  • Maintain dispatch records (manual & system-based).
  • Warehouse & Store Management
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming materials.
  • Maintain stock register and update inventory records.
  • Ensure proper stacking, identification, and easy traceability of materials.
  • Support physical stock verification and audits.
  • Documentation & Purchase Support
  • Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and related dispatch documents.
  • Support the Purchase Department with documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in vendor coordination for material pick-up/delivery.
  • Handle inward/outward gate pass entries.
  • Office & Coordination
  • Work in office for documentation, email communication, and coordination with clients/vendors.
  • Ensure smooth communication between stores, purchase, and accounts.
  • Follow up with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for dispatch status.
  • Other Responsibilities
  • Use own two-wheeler for urgent dispatches or documentation-related work (if required).
  • Adhere to company safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Support any other tasks related to store and dispatch operations.

Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in store, dispatch, or logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and dispatch documentation.
  • Good communication & coordination skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ERP/Tally preferable).
  • Must have own two-wheeler with valid driving license.
  • Honest, punctual, and responsible in handling company materials.
