Understand the requirement of the customers, and source new sales opportunities through inbound And Outbound Calls. Generating quotations and bills. Regular follow-up of email. Generation of lead and providing initial responses. Co-Ordination with the concerned team members to solve customers' issues. Develop and maintain customer relationships with existing clients and new clients as well as channel partners to generate more business. Responsible for generating various reports as and when required. Responsible for complete other work as assigned by HOD and team leader. MS Office proficiency. Minimum Required skills- Microsoft Office Advanced, ERP & E-mail management, Typing Speed will be an added advantage. Minimum Work Experience- 5 Years Female Candidates only.
