Basic understanding of store and dispatch operationsCan maintain Excel or Google Sheet records neatlyCareful and responsible in handling calculations, materials and documentsDisciplined in maintaining 5S on the shopfloorOrganised approach with attention to detailCapable of suggesting improvements in routine work procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials and GRN Data entryIssue materials and tools to productionUpdate stock registers or Excel sheets dailyPrepare dispatch documentation (invoice, e-way bill, labels, etc.)Coordinate with transporters for pickup and deliveryMaintain proper labeling and segregation of raw material, WIP and finished goodsKeep store area organized, follow FIFO, and support regular stock checksAssist in physical stock verification and inventory audits.
