Indepth understanding of dimensional inspection and quality systemsFamiliar with part drawings, tolerances, and measurement toolsCan maintain inspection records neatly and accuratelyKnowledge of PPAP documentation, control plans, and check sheetsFMEA, SPC, 8D, Root Cause Analysis
Key Responsibilities-
Carry out in-process and final inspection of components as per drawings and control plansPrepare and update inspection records, check sheets, and reportsPPAP documentationMaintain calibration records of gauges and measuring instrumentsSupport rejection analysis and corrective action follow-upsHelp in implementing quality systems and audit preparationMonitor deviation and variation characteristics of SC/CC/SPC parametersManagement and cordination of Inspection staff
