Job Description

Hello All,

Greetings from 7 Seas!

We are hiring for the "Store & DIspatch Executive" role.

Location - Narol, Ahmedabad

Salary - Up to 18,000 PM

Experience - Min. 2+ years in dispatch and store

Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate stock records in Excel and update inventory on a daily basis.
Handle inward and outward stock entries, ensuring proper documentation for every dispatch.
Coordinate with the production and sales team for dispatch planning and material requirements.
Prepare dispatch challans, invoices, and packing lists as per company guidelines.
Ensure timely dispatch of goods to customers through transport/courier partners.
Track and maintain records of dispatched and pending orders.
Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management for replenishment when required.
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and loading of materials before dispatch.
Conduct monthly physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store area.
Coordinate with logistics, vendors, and transporters for smooth dispatch operations.
Assist in preparing MIS reports related to inventory and dispatch.
Ensure compliance with company policies and dispatch guidelines.
