✅ Maintain accurate records of inward & outward stock
✅ Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
✅ Implement FIFO / FEFO inventory systems
✅ Coordinate with production for material availability
✅ Plan dispatch as per customer orders
✅ Prepare invoices, packing lists & dispatch documents
✅ Coordinate with transporters & courier partners
✅ Ensure proper packaging and safe loading/unloading
✅ Maintain dispatch logs and share timely reports
✅ Ensure safety, compliance, and audit-ready documentation
