Job Description

A Tumbledry Store Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a laundry and dry cleaning store, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery while managing staff, inventory, customer service, and sales. They are responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, managing staff, optimizing customer experience, and ensuring compliance with company policies.  Key Responsibilities:  Daily Operations: Overseeing the entire store operation to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.  Sales Management: Meeting sales goals, increasing sales, and analyzing sales data to track store performance.  Inventory Management: Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and preventing stockouts.  Staff Management: Motivating, coaching, and managing a team of employees, including washermen and delivery personnel.  Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service, and resolving issues promptly.  Profitability: Developing and implementing strategies to increase store profitability.  Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining accurate records.  Reporting: Generating reports on store performance, sales data, and other relevant metrics.  Loss Prevention: Implementing measures to prevent loss of goods and ensure smooth store operations.  Skills and Qualifications:  Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.  Team Management: Ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team of employees.  Sales and Marketing: Experience in sales, including developing and implementing sales strategies.  Inventory Management: Ability to manage inventory levels, track stock, and ensure timely procurement of supplies.  Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to customer service, operations, or staff.  Compliance: Understanding of company policies and procedures and ability to ensure adherence.  Communication: Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred.  Experience:  Typically requires 1-3 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.  Previous experience in a store management or supervisory role is often preferred.
