Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations: Overseeing the entire store operation to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Sales Management: Meeting sales goals, increasing sales, and analyzing sales data to track store performance. Inventory Management: Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and preventing stockouts. Staff Management: Motivating, coaching, and managing a team of employees, including washermen and delivery personnel. Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service, and resolving issues promptly. Profitability: Developing and implementing strategies to increase store profitability. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining accurate records.
