Job Description

  • Job Summary:
The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, sales performance, and customer experience of the store. This role requires strong leadership, fashion knowledge, and retail expertise to ensure that the store meets its sales targets while maintaining the brand’s high-end image and service standards.
  • Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Achieve monthly and annual store sales targets.
  • Ensure superior customer service and personalized shopping experience for every client.
  • Guide customers in selecting outwits, footwear, and accessories based on occasion and style preferences.
  • Build and retain a loyal customer base through consistent engagement and relationship management.

Store Operations

  • Oversee daily store operations ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Maintain store ambiance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate replenishment with HO.
  • Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and reconciliation at end of day.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and returns efficiently.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain systematic data for stock levels, pending orders & deliveries.
  • Prepare periodic MIS for sales-to-stock ratio, pending production.
  • Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained and reorder materials as required.
  • Monitor inward and outward movement of goods and update inventory systems.
  • Ensure physical & system inventory tallies

Team Management

  • Lead, motivate, and train the sales and support staff to deliver excellence in service.
  • Conduct daily briefings, set sales targets, and review performance.
  • Identify training needs and ensure grooming and product knowledge standards are maintained.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and share with management.
  • Provide insights on customer preferences, slow-moving inventory, and current market trends.
  • Required Skills & Attributes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of ethnic menswear, fabrics, cuts, styles, and footwear.
  • Fashion-conscious with a good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a luxury retail approach.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Qualification & Experience
  • Graduate or Diploma in Fashion / Retail Management preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in retail, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior experience with premium or designer ethnic menswear / footwear brands will be preferred.
The fixed Annual CTC will be between 4.8 Lakhs to 6 Lakhs per annum plus variable upon achieing the given targets & candidates residing in central suburbs would be preferred.
