Role Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers of the company. Provide candidates with detailed information about job responsibilities, company culture, and benefits. Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process for selected candidates. Maintain an organized database of candidate information and recruitment metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and enhance recruitment techniques accordingly. Provide regular updates to hiring managers of the companies by sharing updated recruitment trackers. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary. Participate in recruitment fairs and networking events to build the talent pipeline. Develop and maintain job descriptions for various positions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Proven experience as a recruiter in a consultancy firm. Strong understanding of recruiting techniques and job market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. Creative problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain candidate confidentiality and data protection. Experience in various industries is a plus. Ability to thrive in a remote work environment. Strong personal integrity and professionalism. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
