Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery retail store
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent business growth
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team for optimum performance
• Ensure an excellent customer experience with high standards of hospitality
• Oversee stock management, inventory control, and product display
• Maintain store hygiene, security, and adherence to company policies
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and after-sales service
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management
• Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and SOPs

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum

  3 years of experience as a Store Manager

  in any jewellery retail brand
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills
• Good understanding of jewellery products, retail operations, and customer service
• Ability to drive sales, manage responsibilities, and maintain brand standards
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems
