Store Manager

As a Store Manager in Rabale, Navi Mumbai, your role involves planning and directing the day-to-day store operations. Your key responsibilities include: - Completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on work results. - Preparing the annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. - Ensuring availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts and maintaining inventories. - Securing merchandise by implementing security systems and measures, and providing a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers. - Maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements, and contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Managing inventory through purchasing plans and vendor communication, controlling costs to keep operations profitable, and working with vendors and 3rd party manufacturers to manage stock levels. - Analyzing sales figures, forecasting future sales, interpreting trends, and facilitating planning. - Regularly touring the sales floor, interacting with colleagues and customers to identify and resolve urgent issues. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream. - 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the same industry. - Strong documentation and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Excel.
