Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Jaipur. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing store, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing store policies, and achieving sales targets. Tasks include handling customer service, managing inventory, minimizing retail loss, and maintaining store displays. The Store Manager will also conduct regular performance reviews, train employees, and ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
• Leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• Experience in the silverware or luxury goods industry is a plus
