Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gas station and convenience store. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the gas station and convenience store.

Manage and schedule staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage.

Monitor fuel levels, coordinate deliveries, and manage stock inventory.

Ensure all safety, health, and environmental regulations are followed.

Handle cash management, deposits, and sales reports accurately.

Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and forecourt area.

Train and motivate employees to achieve sales and service goals.

Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Ensure all equipment (POS, fuel pumps, swipe/QR machines) are functioning properly.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

1–4 years of experience in retail or gas station management.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.

Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.

Customer service–oriented and problem-solving mindset.

Willingness to work flexible hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,799.81 per month
