Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory & Store Operations

• Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of spares, consumables, and utility items.
  
• Maintain stock levels as per min-max norms to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  
• Ensure proper material identification, binning, and preservation.
  
• Conduct regular physical verification and reconcile with SAP records.
  

2. SAP (MM Module) Operations

• Perform all store transactions in SAP (GRN, MIGO, reservations, stock transfers, returns, etc.).
  
• Generate and analyze stock reports (slow moving, non-moving, excess, shortage).
  
• Ensure real-time posting and accuracy of all store transactions.
  

3. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all entries and records are maintained as per company policies & audit requirements.
  
• Handle documents related to purchase orders, challans, GRNs, gate passes, and rejection notes.
  
• Support internal and statutory audits related to stores and inventory.
  

4. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with Purchase, Maintenance, and Production teams for timely availability of spares.
  
• Work closely with vendors and logistics for smooth receipt of materials.
  
• Support engineering/utility teams in emergency spare requirements.
  

5. People & Process Management

• Lead the store team for efficient operations.
  
• Train and guide store staff on SAP transactions and material handling practices.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety and 5S practices in the store area.
