Job Description

Job Responsibilities   Operations Management:  Direct daily activities, ensure smooth service, manage opening/closing. Maintain cleanliness of the bar counter, equipment, and service area at all times. Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards as per company SOP. Staff Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate team members; foster a positive work environment. Financial Management: Work to budgets, control costs (labour/inventory), maximize profits, monitor sales, and manage payroll. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional guest experiences, handle complaints, build loyalty, and implement service standards. ·      Greet and engage with customers courteously. ·      Guide customers in choosing mocktails by highlighting popular and seasonal options. ·      Address guest queries and feedback politely.   Inventory & Supplies: Order food/beverages, manage stock levels, for minimize waste, negotiate with vendors, and maintain quality. Compliance & Quality:  Enforce health, hygiene, and safety regulations; uphold food quality and presentation standards. Adhere to Mocktail Shots service style, recipes, portion sizes, and presentation. Ensure all mocktails and accompaniments are served with brand-consistent quality. Maintain professional grooming and wear the prescribed uniform.    Teamwork & Efficiency Work closely with fellow bartenders, service staff, and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. Support colleagues during peak hours by assisting in preparation or service. Report shortages, damages, or equipment issues to the Management timely. Leadership & Team Building Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills Budgeting & Financial Acumen Customer Service Focus Inventory Control Knowledge of POS Systems & Tech Tools    Qualifications & Skills Required              •  Any Undergraduate/Post graduate should have prior experience as a bartender/beverage server in café/food store/beverage store.              •  Strong knowledge of beverage mixing, garnishing, and serving.              •  Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.              •  Excellent communication and customer service skills.              •  Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.              •  Team player with positive attitude and adaptability.   Work Conditions              •  Shift Timing: 12-hour outlet operation (rotational shifts). ·      Weekly off: 1 day except Saturday/Sunday              •  Team Size: 6 staff per outlet (bartenders, service, kitchen support).              •  Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle high-pressure service hours/Festivals/season
