Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets. Maintain store inventory, sales records, restocking journal & ensure all sales coupled with proper invoice generation Maintain high levels of visual merchandising, inventory management, and stores maintenance to create an inviting shopping environment Collaborate with corporate teams to drive business growth through promotions, events, and marketing initiatives. Assist the Corporate Sales team to achieve more sales through other channels especially during peak season Be a team player & be involved in overall growth & maintenance of the store.
