Store Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average transaction value, and footfall.
  
• Implement promotional strategies and support marketing initiatives to boost sales.
  
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
  

2. Customer Experience

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
  
• Handle customer complaints, escalations, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  
• Build strong relationships with key and repeat clients.
  

3. Team Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor the store team (Stylists, Sales Consultants, Cashiers, etc.).
  
• Conduct daily briefings and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
  
• Monitor attendance, grooming, and adherence to store policies.
  
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
  

4. Store Operations

• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  
• Ensure the store layout and displays reflect the brands aesthetics.
  
• Maintain store hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
  
• Coordinate with the HR and Accounts teams for attendance, payroll, and administrative tasks.
  

5. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and code of conduct.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation related to sales, expenses, and staffing.
  
• Submit regular operational and sales reports to the Cluster or Retail Head.
