Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Guwahati. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the store, including team leadership, customer service, sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, driving sales performance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The individual will also work to achieve store goals and build strong relationships with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Store Management, including team leadership and operational execution
• Expertise in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills to effectively manage client interactions and team coordination
• Experience in Retail Loss Prevention to maintain compliance and minimize risks
• Problem-solving abilities and proficiency in inventory management
• Strong passion and knowledge of Apple products and technology is a plus
• Previous experience in a retail management role
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to accomplish business objectives effectively
