Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Cuttack. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on Apple products. Day-to-day tasks include demonstrating products, explaining features and benefits, assisting with product selection, completing sales transactions, and providing after-sales support. The Sales Executive will also participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest Apple products and services.

Qualifications

• Customer service and customer engagement skills
• Sales, product demonstration, and transaction completion skills
• Knowledge of Apple products and software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in retail or sales environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent education
