Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and support team to achieve monthly sales and service targets.
• Handle client interactions, addressing and resolving post-sale queries, complaints, and escalations promptly.
• Monitor and manage inventory, billing, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and client communications.
• Take ownership of the store’s P&L (Profit & Loss), budgeting, and cost control measures.
• Coordinate with design, logistics, and operations teams for timely delivery and installation.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and customer service guidelines.
• Regularly review performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Train and mentor store staff for skill development and efficiency improvement.

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA preferred, with 3–6 years of experience in retail / interior design / furnishings / luxury home décor industry.
• Proven experience in team leadership, client handling, and operations management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and CRM tools.
• Result-oriented and organized with strong ownership mindset.
