Job Title: Assistant Store Manager (Female Preferred) – Interior Design & Home Furnishing Location: Sector 62, Gurugram, Haryana Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Industry: Interior Design | Home Décor | Home Furnishing | Handloom Employment Type: Full-time | Immediate Joining About the Company: Our reputed client is a premium brand in interior design and home furnishings , offering exclusive décor, furniture, and lifestyle products to discerning customers. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact to greet and welcome clients and visitors at the store. Understand client requirements and guide them through available product ranges and design options. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, staff coordination, and sales activities. Maintain excellent product knowledge to assist in sales discussions and presentations. Ensure the store is well-organized, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with visual merchandising standards. Handle billing, quotations, and assist customers with order tracking and after-sales service. Coordinate with the design, logistics, and management teams for smooth client experience. Manage client appointments, follow-ups, and maintain records of walk-ins and conversions. Assist in training and motivating store staff to achieve sales and service excellence. Requirements: Female candidates preferred. Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in retail, interiors, home décor, luxury lifestyle, or customer relations . Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills. Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality. Basic knowledge of MS Office / billing / CRM tools.
