Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact to greet and welcome clients and visitors at the store.
• Understand client requirements and guide them through available product ranges and design options.
• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, staff coordination, and sales activities.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge to assist in sales discussions and presentations.
• Ensure the store is well-organized, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with visual merchandising standards.
• Handle billing, quotations, and assist customers with order tracking and after-sales service.
• Coordinate with the design, logistics, and management teams for smooth client experience.
• Manage client appointments, follow-ups, and maintain records of walk-ins and conversions.
• Assist in training and motivating store staff to achieve sales and service excellence.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in retail, interiors, home décor, luxury lifestyle, or customer relations.
• Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / billing / CRM tools.
• Strong sense of responsibility and team coordination.
