Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience that aligns with the Khadim’s brand values. Key Responsibilities Drive sales to achieve and exceed targets and KPIs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Manage store operations including visual merchandising, inventory, and cleanliness. Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing teams. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance. Implement company policies and maintain compliance with health and safety standards. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure the store maintains a premium look and feel consistent with the brand image. RequirementsProven retail management experience (footwear or fashion preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Customer-oriented mindset with a drive for results. Knowledge of retail management software (POS systems, inventory tools). Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
