Store Manager – 1 Position

Ctc - INR 3 to 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising standards, and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and loss-prevention procedures

Sales & Performance

• Drive sales growth and meet or exceed store targets and KPIs
• Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance
• Manage budgets, expenses, and shrink control

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues professionally
• Build customer loyalty through positive in-store experiences
• Ensure staff consistently follow customer service standards

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store employees
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve individual and store goals
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions when needed

Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and stock organization
• Conduct regular inventory counts and address discrepancies
• Coordinate promotions, markdowns, and seasonal transitions

What We’re Looking For: Passion for Retail Sales and Customer Service

✨ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

✨ Previous retail experience preferred (especially in fashion/apparel/cosmetics)

✨ Leadership & team management skills (for Store Manager role)
