Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Store Manager located in Gurugram. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Main responsibilities include managing store staff, monitoring inventory levels, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining a high level of store presentation and cleanliness. The Store Manager will also be involved in sales forecasting, staff development, and executing company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills and ability to effectively manage store staff
• Experience in Store Management and understanding of Retail Loss Prevention
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proven experience in retail management or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
