The Role: Store Manager (Complete Ownership)We are seeking a highly capable individual ready to take full and complete ownership of the new AIPL Mall store. This is a solo-management role, perfect for a self-starter who excels at working independently, making smart decisions, and driving sales without constant supervision. Key Responsibilities: Complete Store Operations: Independently manage all daily activities, ensuring the store runs efficiently and maintains a premium, high-standard image at all times. Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales by providing expert product knowledge and delivering exceptional customer service, especially relating to suits, blazers, and formal wear fitting. Inventory & Cash Management: Handle stock receiving, organizing, accurate counting, reordering, and maintaining precise daily cash and sales records. Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store display is always attractive, updated, and aligns with brand guidelines and the premium mall environment. Reporting: Maintain professional communication and report store performance directly to the owner. What We're Looking For (Prior Experience is Key): Specific Menswear/Formal Wear Experience is Essential: Candidates who have previously worked with men's suits, blazers, and premium tailoring will be given high priority. Experience with premium formal/tailoring brands like Raymonds, Blackberrys, Van Heusen, Louis Philippe, Peter England, or similar retailers is a significant advantage. A highly independent and proactive attitude. You must be comfortable managing the store entirely alone and making day-to-day operational decisions. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a premium branded environment. Strong business acumen and a sharp focus on achieving sales targets.
