Store Manager

Our Pharmacy stores are an amalgamation of offline & online orders in a quick commerce setup

Responsibilities

· Manage and supervise the overall operations of the pharmacy store

· Ensure any online orders are picked and packed withing 3 minutes of order allotment.

· Ensure accurate and timely procurement, stocking, and inventory management of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical items

· Maintain proper storage and handling of medicines in accordance with regulatory standards

· Ensure planning, availability and management of riders for quick commerce operations

· Ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and that patient data is handled with confidentiality

· Supervise and motivate pharmacy staff including pharmacists, sales personnel, and support staff

· Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and pharmacy laws (e.g., Drugs and Cosmetics Act)

· Monitor expiry, damages, and stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking

· Address customer queries and ensure high-quality customer service

· Implement and monitor sales targets, promotional campaigns, and store KPIs

· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols are followed in the store

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports

Qualifications

· Preferable Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) 

registered pharmacist

· Minimum 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
