Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, including 

  receipt, order processing, storage, and dispatch

   of pharmaceutical products in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Accurately maintain records of all warehouse transactions such as 

  receipts, storage, handling, dispatches, and returns

  .
• Oversee 

  order fulfillment

   processes, ensuring all 

  B2C orders

   are dispatched 

  only against valid prescriptions

   and with proper 

  invoice documentation and signatures

  .
• Maintain 

  inventory records

   with proper 

  batch control

  , execute 

  cycle counts

  , and ensure 

  FIFO

   principles are followed.
• Ensure 

  cold chain

   pharmaceutical products are handled and stored according to regulatory requirements.
• Maintain 

  store hygiene, safety, and security

   standards consistently.
• Coordinate the 

  return and disposal

   process for 

  near-expiry or expired medicines

   with vendors as per protocol.
• Ensure accurate 

  system entries

   for all received pharma products and adherence to 

  IRN/GRN

   procedures.
• Comply with the 

  Drugs and Cosmetics Act

   and other applicable regulations.

Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy

   from a recognized institute.
• Proficient in 

  Microsoft Excel

   and basic data entry software.
• Experience in 

  pharmaceutical warehouse/store operations

   and 

  inventory management

  .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidates with a 

  valid and active pharmacist license

  .

• Immediate joiners
