Job Title: Pharmacist – Store Operations Location: Bangalore Company: DocPharma Job Overview: DocPharma is seeking a qualified and proactive Pharmacist to manage and oversee store operations at our Bangalore facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical inventory handling, compliance with drug regulations, and day-to-day operational efficiency in a warehouse setting. Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, including receipt, order processing, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products in compliance with relevant regulations. Accurately maintain records of all warehouse transactions such as receipts, storage, handling, dispatches, and returns . Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring all B2C orders are dispatched only against valid prescriptions and with proper invoice documentation and signatures . Maintain inventory records with proper batch control , execute cycle counts , and ensure FIFO principles are followed. Ensure cold chain pharmaceutical products are handled and stored according to regulatory requirements. Maintain store hygiene, safety, and security standards consistently. Coordinate the return and disposal process for near-expiry or expired medicines with vendors as per protocol. Ensure accurate system entries for all received pharma products and adherence to IRN/GRN procedures. Comply with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and other applicable regulations. Educational Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institute. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry software. Experience in pharmaceutical warehouse/store operations and inventory management . Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with a valid and active pharmacist license . We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and delivering excellent customer service to drive store performance. Our Pharmacy stores are an amalgamation of offline & online orders in a quick commerce setup Responsibilities · Manage and supervise the overall operations of the pharmacy store · Ensure any online orders are picked and packed withing 3 minutes of order allotment. · Ensure accurate and timely procurement, stocking, and inventory management of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical items · Maintain proper storage and handling of medicines in accordance with regulatory standards · Ensure planning, availability and management of riders for quick commerce operations · Ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and that patient data is handled with confidentiality · Supervise and motivate pharmacy staff including pharmacists, sales personnel, and support staff · Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and pharmacy laws (e.g., Drugs and Cosmetics Act) · Monitor expiry, damages, and stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking · Address customer queries and ensure high-quality customer service · Implement and monitor sales targets, promotional campaigns, and store KPIs · Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols are followed in the store · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports Qualifications · Preferable Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) · Preferably a registered pharmacist with the State Pharmacy Council · Minimum 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role Why You’ll Love Working With Us: Fast-moving team, zero bureaucracy Real ownership, real impact from Day 1 Every day is different — and you’ll never be bored Think you’re a fit?
