The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical inventory handling, compliance with drug regulations, and day-to-day operational efficiency in a warehouse setting. Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, including receipt, order processing, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products in compliance with relevant regulations. Accurately maintain records of all warehouse transactions such as receipts, storage, handling, dispatches, and returns . Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring all B2C orders are dispatched only against valid prescriptions and with proper invoice documentation and signatures . Maintain inventory records with proper batch control , execute cycle counts , and ensure FIFO principles are followed. Ensure cold chain pharmaceutical products are handled and stored according to regulatory requirements. Maintain store hygiene, safety, and security standards consistently. Coordinate the return and disposal process for near-expiry or expired medicines with vendors as per protocol. Ensure accurate system entries for all received pharma products and adherence to IRN/GRN procedures. Comply with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and other applicable regulations. Educational Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institute. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry software. Experience in pharmaceutical warehouse/store operations and inventory management . Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with a valid and active pharmacist license . The Finance Operations Manager will own day-to-day finance operations including payables, receivables, reconciliations, indirect and direct tax compliance, and monthly P&L preparation, ensuring accurate books and strong financial controls for the company. Key Responsibilities . Manage accounts payable and receivable: invoice booking, ageing review, payment follow-ups, and vendor/customer reconciliation (including COD and wallet/platform reconciliations). . Perform regular reconciliations: bank, ledgers, COD collections, payment gateways, GST ledgers, TDS ledgers; investigate and close mismatches within defined timelines. . Handle GST and TDS compliance: ensure correct deduction/booking, prepare workings for returns, coordinate with consultants for filing, maintain documentation and reconciliation of GSTR vs books. . Prepare monthly P&L, basic balance sheet schedules and MIS; highlight key variances vs budget/last month and share insights with management. . Support month-end and year-end closing: accruals, provisions, prepaid expenses, journal entries, and schedules required for audits. . Partner with HR and Operations for payroll accounting. . Contribute to process improvement and internal controls to reduce errors, leakages, and delays in financial operations. Qualifications . B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance; CA Inter / semi-qualified CA preferred. . Experience: 3–6 years in core finance/accounts with strong exposure to AP, AR, reconciliations, GST and TDS in a fast-paced environment (startup/retail/logistics preferred). .
