Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Human Resources Administrator. The responsibilities include managing HR operations, overseeing benefits administration, maintaining compliance with labor and employment laws, and managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The candidate will also be involved in supporting HR management processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and handling employee relations and recruitment tasks. Responsibilities (HR) Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, HRIS systems, and attendance/leave data. Execute payroll inputs: attendance, overtime, deductions, reimbursements. Support performance management cycles and help implement OKRs/KPIs. Handle employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, and internal communication. Assist in drafting HR policies, SOPs, and documentation. Address employee queries and ensure a positive workplace experience. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and new hire orientations. Responsibilities (Admin) Oversee day-to-day office operations (supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, vendors). Manage office assets, IT coordination, travel bookings, and logistics.
