Position: Store Manager

Location: Tanishq Jewellers, Kailash Colony, Delhi & Mumbai

Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

• Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through effective team management.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining Tanishq's premium brand standards.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and drive results.

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain customers.

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and promptness.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Generate sales and performance reports for management review.

• Plan and execute marketing activities to increase footfall and drive sales.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the jewelry industry.

• Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Proficiency in inventory management and store operations.

• Ability to analyze sales data and create actionable plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing high-end retail stores.

• Knowledge of jewelry trends and customer preferences.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
