Store Manager

1. RM/PM Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock levels of all raw and packing materials.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO system is strictly followed.
• Conduct daily and monthly physical stock verification.
• Prevent material shortages and overstock situations.

2. Receiving & Inspection

• Receive materials with proper quantity and quality checks.
• Coordinate with QA department for material sampling and approval.
• Prepare GRN after verification and approval.

3. Storage & Handling

• Store RM & PM as per material category and safety guidelines.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled (batch no., expiry, MFG date).
• Maintain hygienic and well-organized storage conditions (especially for food/cosmetic/chemical industries).

4. Issuing & Material Flow

• Issue RM & PM to production as per approved requisition.
• Record batch number and track material movement for traceability.
• Maintain real-time stock updates in ERP/Tally/Excel.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain stock registers, GRN, issue slips, bin cards, and inward–outward registers.
• Prepare daily consumption report and submit to production/accounts.
• Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.

6. Coordination

• Coordinate with Purchase for material planning and order follow-up.
• Coordinate with Production for daily/weekly raw material requirements.
• Work with QA for material approval and rejection handling.

7. Compliance & Safety

• Follow GMP, ISO, HACCP, or industry-specific standards.
• Ensure safety rules for material handling.
• Regular monitoring of storage conditions (temperature, humidity if required).

8. Team Management

• Supervise store assistants and helpers.
• Train team on RM/PM handling procedures.
• Ensure discipline and work allocation in the store.

Skills & Qualifications Education

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Diploma in Material Management preferred.

Experience

• 6–12 years of experience in RM/PM stores (manufacturing industry).
• Experience in Beverage FMCG, Pharma, Cosmetic, or Food industry preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
