Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, verify, and process customer invoices in the ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and ensure data integrity within ERP modules.
  • Track and monitor accounts receivable, outstanding payments, and credit notes.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Generate regular billing reports, summaries, and MIS for management.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements while invoicing.
  • Manage customer queries regarding bills, invoices, and payments.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities in ERP.
  • Reconcile invoices with contracts, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance ERP billing efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP software (SAP/Oracle/Tally ERP/Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
