Job Summary:
We are seeking a Store Manager from the lighting industry who is proactive, results-driven, and experienced in showroom operations. The ideal candidate will lead the team, drive sales, and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and key clients in the lighting sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall showroom operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive showroom sales and actively engage with architects, builders, interior designers, and corporate clients.
• Maintain and grow strong client relationships within the lighting industry.
• Monitor stock levels, product displays, and showroom aesthetics.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and SOPs effectively.
• Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage inventory efficiently.
• Conduct staff training on lighting products, sales strategies, and client engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols within the showroom.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Post Graduate .
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail/showroom management within the lighting industry mandatory.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a retail team.
• Strong relationships and network with architects, builders, and interior designers in the lighting sector.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of lighting products, market trends, and showroom operations.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
