We are seeking a passionate and skilled Interior Designer to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical knowledge, and a keen eye for detail, particularly in the realm of furniture design and space planning. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and customer-friendly environment. Actively engage in sales, guiding clients through product selections and solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Professionally communicate with clients in English, both verbally and in writing. Manage basic inventory, billing, and administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). Coordinate with the operations and design teams to fulfill customer requirements. Leverage existing PR contacts and networks to increase visibility and foot traffic. Provide after-sales support and address client queries or concerns promptly. Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role within the construction, interior, or related industry . Strong interpersonal and customer communication skills. Fluent and professional in English speaking and writing. Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Pleasant personality with good networking and PR skills.
