Roles and Responsibilities

● Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations 

● Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction 

● Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking 

● Handle customer complaints and resolve issues 

● Maintain store cleanliness and organization 

● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures 

● Manage cash registers and handle financial transactions 

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments 

Desired Candidate Profile

● Bachelor's degree in any field or a relevant field preferred 

● Leadership and customer management abilities 

● Customer service-oriented 

● Good communication and interpersonal skills
