Store Manager


This role requires a balance of operational excellence, people leadership, and strategic thinking to ensure the store becomes a benchmark for both sales and service.

  • Lead and coach staff through daily briefings, training freshers, and performance check-ins.
  • Oversee store operations, ensuring smooth workflow, stock availability, and adherence to visual and service standards.
  • Engage with customers on the floor, handling queries, gathering feedback, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.


Minimum Work Experience Required:


  • 5+ years

    of progressive retail experience(consumer tech), with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record in

    training and developing teams

    in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and customer insights.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with or understanding technical products is essential.

  • Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in training delivery, whether one-on-one or in group formats.
