Position- Store Manager

Location- Saharanpur, U.P.

Key Responsibilities. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Implement inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.

2. Procurement Coordination

• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering of materials.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery or quality.
• Negotiate with vendors for favorable terms and pricing.

3. Team Leadership

• Supervise and train store personnel to ensure adherence to company policies.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to achieve departmental goals.
• Foster a safe and productive work environment.

4. Compliance and Safety

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
• Implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

5. Coordination with Production

• Work closely with the production department to forecast material requirements.
• Ensure the timely availability of components to avoid production delays.
• Address any issues related to material shortages or excesses.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in store management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
