About the Role

We are hiring a motivated Inventory & Store Operations Executive (Fresher) to support our day-to-day kitchen operations. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the ropes of inventory management within a fast-paced food ecosystem. Good communication skills in English are required; knowledge of Kannada is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily inventory of raw materials, packaging supplies, and kitchen essentials.
• Ensure timely ordering, receiving, and stocking of items to prevent shortages.
• Maintain accurate stock records in our system and support periodic audits.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of raw materials and consumables.
• Assist in negotiating pricing, quality, and payment terms for cost optimization.
• Support task allocation, performance tracking, and smooth store operations.
• Ensure compliance with F&B standards, hygiene protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and report daily store activities, including material inflow & outflow.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, consumption, and wastage.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and invoices.
• Contribute to implementing best practices in inventory control and operations.

Requirements:



• Fresh graduates from any discipline; interest in operations or F&B is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English; Kannada proficiency preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
• Proactive, organised, and responsible attitude.
