Job Title: Chef de Partie - Kerala Cuisine Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 1- 5 years in Kerala cuisine Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Skope Kitchens, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should specialize in authentic Kerala cuisine, including traditional meals, snacks, and sweets, and bring regional expertise to delight our diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present authentic Kerala dishes such as Malabar biryani, puttu, appam, stew, fish curry, beef fry, and other signature items. Develop and innovate various traditional Kerala snacks. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all dishes. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Manage raw materials, kitchen inventory, and coordinate with the procurement team. Train and guide junior kitchen staff on Kerala recipes and techniques. Assist in menu planning and contribute to seasonal or festival specials. Work closely with the R&D and FOH teams for customer feedback and quality improvements. Requirements: Proven experience in Kerala cuisine and snack preparation. Strong understanding of South Indian spices, cooking techniques, and ingredients. Ability to work in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment. Knowledge and experience in Kitchen Management Good communication and team collaboration skills.
