Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Andhra Pradesh, India, for the role of Store Incharge. The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing and maintaining the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective customer service, overseeing inventory and stock levels, preventing retail losses, and ensuring a well-organized and efficient store environment. The role requires efficient communication and close coordination with team members and management to meet business goals.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive experience for clients.
Effective Communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally.
Proven proficiency in Store Management to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless functionality.
Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention techniques to minimize risks and maintain store profitability.
Detail-oriented approach, organizational skills, and accountability in ensuring smooth store performance.
Ability to work on-site in Andhra Pradesh, India, and demonstrate time management and leadership qualities.
Prior experience in store or inventory management will be an advantage.
