Job Title: Stores Incharge- Hospital Inventory Management Location: Malleshwaram, Bangalore Healthcare Company Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: 6 days per week Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM (8-hour shift) Salary: 25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) Job Summary A Healthcare Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Stores Incharge to manage and oversee hospital inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in hospital inventory management and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of medical supplies and equipment. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and enhance efficiency. Procurement Coordination: Coordinate with the procurement department to raise purchase requests based on reorder levels. Ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortages. Receiving Inspection: Receive and inspect incoming goods for quantity and quality as per order specifications. Document goods received and report any discrepancies or damages. Stock Distribution: Ensure timely issuance and delivery of supplies to various hospital departments. Maintain requisition logs and ensure departments receive requested supplies efficiently. Record Keeping Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receipts, issues, and reordering. Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, usage trends, and reorder requirements. Compliance Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in storage and handling of materials. Properly dispose of expired, obsolete, or damaged items. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment. Team Supervision: Supervise and train store personnel in handling stock and maintaining proper procedures. Delegate responsibilities within the team to ensure smooth store operations. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in any field. Experience: 3-4 years of experience in hospital inventory management. Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
