we are looking to expand concierge business, and bring select capabilities in house. One key request type we have seen is for physical shopping for select items. To enable this, we need a resource in Bangalore who can understand customer requests and go to physical stores to fulfil them. To start with, we need 2 FTEs of such resources, each spending 8-9 hours. We need 2 FTEs to cover for all 7 days of the week (each will only work 6 days) and in case one resource is not available on a particular day to due leave, etc.
