Job Description

We are looking for an Warehouse Incharge to manage standard material items for our warehouse operations. This position will focus on maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth material flow through proper system and physical verification. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Maintain minimum stock levels for all standard items. Raise purchase requisitions whenever stock falls below the minimum level. Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely material receipt. Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note) once materials are received from vendors. Conduct weekly physical stock verification and reconcile it with system records. Ensure 100% accuracy between system stock and physical stock. Handle and monitor standard items for the entire warehouse. Follow standard inventory control processes and compliance. Maintain proper documentation related to stock movement and receipts. Eligibility Criteria: Experience: 2–3 years in inventory, warehouse, or store operations. Strong knowledge of GRN, stock tracking, and inventory control systems. Basic understanding of procurement coordination. Good documentation and reporting skills.
